While a choice of catch of the day with fresh Ibicencan vegetables, traditional roast chicken or mozzarella all follow. Desserts offer a twist on some Christmas classics, with chocolate, nougat and pannetone and sticky toffee pudding both on offer.

Once New Year's Eve swings around we're all ready to switch on party mode and there's nowhere more fitting for a celebration than Casa Maca. Gather with us as we welcome the new year with another sumptuous menu. Choose from caramelised foie and brioche or scallops to start, fillet steak or wild sea bass for main, and finish with a lavish chocolate ganache. For € 130, guests can dive into an open bar all night long, or for € 105, drinks are included until the bells toll. We're also throwing a San Esteban soiree the following day, which leaves you more time to nurse sore heads and tired bodies. Stop by and for € 25 we'll provide a reviving, delicious menu that includes options like seasonal vegetable soup to start, fish stew with clams for main, and a gooey chocolate brownie with mascarpone ice cream for dessert.
